Too Much, Too Soon
General Hospital spoilers hint that everyone will be on pins and needles upon Maxie’s return.
They won’t want to overwhelm her with information once she wakes up, and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will likely believe it’s best to keep Nathan’s return from the dead from Maxie for now – until she gets a little more settled.
After all, Maxie will struggle with the idea that she’s been asleep for months. Maxie is a dedicated mom to her three kids, and it will kill her inside that she missed some major moments.
Once she digests the information about what happened to her and that she’s okay, then Felicia and Spinelli may want to tell her that Nathan’s back.
Sadly, there’s a good possibility that Felicia and Spinelli won’t get this time buffer for Maxie if James excitedly spills the beans before they can stop him.
James West’s Mistake
While Felicia and Spinelli will probably tell both James and Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) to remain hush-hush about Nathan, James isn’t good at listening or following the rules.
In his defense, he is only a little boy, and the kid has got quite the enthusiastic spirit! James may accidentally blurt out that he’s been spending time with his dad, if Maxie wants an update, which will probably confuse the woman at first.
She may ask for more information or clarification, which is when James will tell her the truth (he wasn’t supposed to tell!) What will Maxie’s reaction be when she finds out that her thought-to-be-dead husband is really alive?
Fans have sensed that Nathan isn’t really acting like his old self, so will Maxie be the one to see this? Will she call him out on it?
