We know that Ethan knew Phoebe’s late mom Delilah Wilson (Lily Cardone) and seems protective of Phoebe.
This week fans saw him ask Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) if Phoebe would be happy with BLQ and her husband Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) who want to adopt her. Ethan obviously is concerned for her welfare, and as a Q she would have a life of drama.

For example Brook Lynn has secrets about nearly colliding with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and fleeing the crash site, and Chase may be too close to Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) – just ask snooty PI Elaine (Judy Kain) about that!
