As far as Jenz is concerned, Drew’s public behavior showed him making a fool of himself, and that he whined like a petulant toddler.
Drew had an agenda of framing Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) for shooting him in the back, and he made his demands known loudly-the judge had to reprimand him.
Jenz can’t have a public embarrassment working for him in the United States government. But Drew already knows too much, and proving himself such a loose cannon at his would-be murderer’s trial proves that Drew must be silenced.

Sidwell Decides To Take Out Drew And Frame Sonny Corinthos For The Murder
Sidwell decides to kill two, and maybe three, birds with one stone as he plots to take out Drew and frame Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for his murder.
After all, he’s got plenty of motive, considering Drew is trying to frame Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) for his shooting. He decides it’s best to have Sonny himself be his killer, and not have him send Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to do the job.
But Sidwell knows that he must be meticulous and not leave any loose ends whatsoever, and it won’t be easy with Sonny on his guard because of how he disposed of Dalton.
The dastardly corrupt congressman is living on borrowed time, but Sidwell won’t take long to carry out his plan!
