Cullum Vs. Valentin

Cullum needs to damage Valentin and both Charlotte and Carly are his world, hence striking at them damages Valentin.

Based on this, we predict that Cullum could kidnap the women, using Carly and Charlotte as leverage against Valentin, effectively turning the Wyndemere basement into a woman’s college dormitory.
In fact, hapless Carly could wind up gift wrapping herself to Cullum if she and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) bust down the doors on Spoon Island: Carly successfully executing a high-level rescue mission?—hell nah.

Instead, we can totally envision Carly being thrown in with her daughter, and Lucas as well.
That goes ditto for Charlotte who has shown again and again she’s a ditzy teen with no filter, inviting danger into her life like it’s prom night with no escorts.
Cullum kidnapping Charlotte would be like luring a kid with candy or claims of a lost puppy.

Then again, evil Cullum could be foiled before he can stage a kidnapping since he knows not what Valentin is up to.
He knows that his foe has fled the country but he has no idea what the former WSB agent is up to.
Cullum has no idea that Valentin is in Geneva spilling all he knows to Z, the head of the WSB snake.
Cullum Overplays His Hand?
If Cullum gets wind of this, he may run off from Port Charles expectedly. Red hot General Hospital spoilers hint that Cullum-related bombshells are coming to Port Charles with the shockers likely taking place at Wyndemere.
