General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will remain on edge over Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) presence on the Quartermaine property and the temptation that could bring for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
However, far worse problems are brewing that’ll affect Chase and Brook Lynn’s marriage as well.
Although Brook Lynn is trying to trust her husband, she knows how Willow operates and that Chase is easily manipulated when it comes to her. It’s easy to see why Brook Lynn has concerns since Chase’s first instinct is always to ride to Willow’s rescue.
Of course, Chase has been trying to dial down that impulse a bit and concentrate on his family with Brook Lynn since that’s the most important thing in his life. Brook Lynn and Chase’s focus is on Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton), so they’re united in putting her first.
Unfortunately, there’s a recurring theme now involving the baby. Chase and Brook Lynn keep acting like as long as they have Phoebe, everything will be OK between them.
Brook Lynn and Chase are concentrating too much on Phoebe as the glue that now holds them together as a couple.
If Phoebe gets removed from the equation, it may not take much for Chase and Brook Lynn’s marriage to fall apart.
Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) has been asking way too many questions about Phoebe and obviously knows she must be Delilah Wilson’s (Lily Cardone) daughter.
Whether Hudson is the bio dad or he secretly works for the father instead, GH spoilers say he’s going to cause some Phoebe-related trouble.
Brook Lynn and Chase could lose Phoebe if the truth about Ethan Lovett’s (Nathan Dean) fake daddy scam comes to light. Phoebe’s true father could potentially claim her sooner or later.
It’s also possible Phoebe could get kidnapped and taken to live with her bio dad elsewhere. That’d be another path to Chase and Brook Lynn losing the adopted daughter they love so much.
Whatever the case, the show has been hinting that some form of a Phoebe loss may be what finally splits Chase and Brook Lynn – at least for a while.
Brook Lynn is also keeping Chase in the dark on the fact that she left the scene of Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) crash, so that’ll inevitably come out at some point, too.
Chase and Brook Lynn’s relationship may not be strong enough to handle the damage without Phoebe giving them a reason to make things work.
All of this could lead to Chase landing in bed with Willow and putting the final nail in the coffin of his marriage.
