Brothers Unite!
As per SoapSteph’s Daytime Dish, which is the newsletter of well-known daytime drama journalist Stephanie Sloane, Elliott will debut on General Hospital for a guest spot on June 1.
As of this writing, it’s unclear who Elliott will be playing and who he’ll be sharing scenes with.
In addition to the big casting news, Carr was interviewed about his brother joining the cast. Carr notes that when he found out his brother was joining the ABC soap, he “… literally jumped out of my chair and screamed.”
Of course, onscreen parents, Alexa Havins Bruening (Lulu Spencer) and Dominic Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri), were nearby when this happened, and Finn joked about scaring the two with his excitement, as they weren’t exactly sure what was going on.
Elliott Carr Chimes In
Elliott chimed in on the conversation, adding how excited he was to be on the same soap as Finn, and how everyone from GH welcomed him.
He also noted that he and his brother did not have scenes together during his recent run, but maybe at some point they will! Elliott stated, “Working with my brother has always been on the bucket list. Would love to be back soon!”
Without knowing more about Elliott’s role, it’s hard to say if he and Finn will someday get scenes together; however, it sounds like there is a chance that the ABC soap could call Elliott back, so only time will tell.
Right now, Finn’s Rocco is locked in an intense storyline. He shot WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), but Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) took the fall.
To make matters worse, his best friend, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), is in the dark, as well as his own father, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
