‘DOOL’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Lani Returns, Chad’s Homecoming, Stephanie’s Gun

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for the week of April 20, 2026. Expect a development in Chanel Dupree DiMera’s (Raven Bowens) health.

The new Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) comes home. debuts. Plus, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) gets a lesson in gun safety. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the Peacock soap opera.

Chanel Dupree DiMera’s Health

Let’s start off with Chanel, who is having a risky pregnancy. So far, the baby seems fine. However, while getting intimate, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) felt a lump.

Chanel could feel it too after a few minutes. While Johnny is fearing the worst, Chanel wants to believe it’s just from the pregnancy.

Chanel will confide in Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers). Meanwhile, expect Johnny to take action on Chanel’s behalf.

New Chad DiMera 

Chad DiMera (formerly played by Billy Flynn) took his kids out of town for a bit. When Chad comes back, which is on Monday, he will have an awkward reunion with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord).

Later in the week, Chad quizzes Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien). It should also be noted that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) kicks Gwen out of the mansion!

It’s Complicated Relationship Status

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of April 20 reveal that Stephanie and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) aren’t seeing eye-to-eye. The kidnapping has traumatized Stephanie, leading her to be distant with her husband. 

After another argument, Stephanie confides in Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark). However, fans shouldn’t worry too much just yet. By the end of the week, Stephanie and Alex get closer.

Over with Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), they enjoy some romance. 

As for Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), he tries to make plans with his ex. However, Leo will also be stalking Javi Hernandez’s (Al Calderon) new boyfriend online.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) has some thing. Rafe and Cat revisit a DiMera medical mystery. Meanwhile, Theo hopes that Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) wakes up. 

Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) reconnects with Lani. However, Kristen’s scheme with Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) could interfere with that friendship.

Also, Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) lies to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor). Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) walks Stephanie through gun safety. Plus, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) is outraged!
