The good doctor will think that is why Holly almost lost her life and has been fighting for survival in the hospital.
As she found arsenic in her system, Sarah had been suspecting that Holly lied and dabbled in drugs again.
Of course, Holly did not take drugs; the arsenic detected in her system was from the tap water at the Horton Cabin, which was there due to the contaminated medication DiMera Pharmaceuticals buried on Smith Island.
Still, it feels like a major clash is set to occur between Holly and her aunt, and it won’t be pretty.
EJ DiMera Celebrates
Speaking of Holly’s situation, Days of Our Lives spoilers for July 9 reveal that EJ will celebrate a success, and this might be linked to his former stepdaughter.
Not only was he able to save Holly, but he was also able to deflect the arsenic-contaminated Coriseal from 2024 that DiMera is linked to. All in all, EJ will be pleased with how the situation worked out.
Elsewhere, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will continue his plight to get Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) to stop her ISA investigation into EJ.
He’s been on a tirade about this for months now, so it’s unlikely that he’ll be successful in convincing Cat to exit this case.
