Now that Javi’s boyfriend Gus (Michael Ocampo) has arrived in Salem, will Leo take drastic measures to make him go away?
Leo Stark Loves Javi Hernandez
Leo loves Javi even though he had to work through his unresolved feelings for Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte).
Leo didn’t want Javi to leave when he did, but Javi insisted that Leo take time to work this out. Unfortunately, Javi returned and informed Leo that he had a boyfriend. Leo refuses to accept this.
Leo doesn’t believe that things between him and Javi should be over. Leo truly loves Javi and wants to be with him. Leo’s trip to Alamainia to help Leo certainly did not help this issue.
If Leo had not left town, Javi would have returned to him at one point in time. In Javi’s mind, that ship has sailed and Leo needs to move on.
Gus Plans To Apply For A Job In Salem
Javi has told Gus that he needs to make plans to put in an application at the firehouse since he is planning on staying in Salem.
Unfortunately, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) plans on putting in an application as well. JJ is a former cop as well as a former EMT and he is from Salem. JJ may be given preferential treatment because of this.
Of course, Javi has told Leo about Gus as well so Leo may find a way to sabotage Gus’ application in hopes that he will return to Texas instead of staying in Salem.
Gus needs to find a job somewhere if he plans to stay with Javi because he has to have a way to support himself. Will Leo find a way to get rid of Gus?
Could Leo Stark Stand In The Way Of Gus’ Job?
If Leo finds out about Gus’ application for a job at the firehouse, he and JJ may be applying for the same position.
If it is possible to sabotage him, Leo could go to Chad Dimera (Connor Floyd) and suggest that he help to make sure JJ is the one who gets this job. Leo may also find some dirt on Gus that finds its way to the powers in charge.
Leo could even find a way to get rid of Gus’ application, so he isn’t even considered for the job. Perhaps Leo will offer to drop of the application at the station and then accidentally misplace it.
One way or another, Leo is going to try to come between Javi and his new man. Will Leo finally win back the man he loves?
