Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that EJ Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel) has recently learned that Johnny Dimera (Carson Boatman) has been checking into the tainted drugs from two years ago. EJ’s assistant recently informed him of this information.
EJ has also vowed to check into this situation considering that Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) had gotten sick there. Will EJ get to the bottom of the Smith Island questions?
EJ Dimera Believed These Drugs Were Destroyed
EJ told Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney) that he was going to take care of this situation. Part of this means that EJ wants to talk to Johnny to see why he is asking questions.
However, EJ recently heard Sarah Horton (Lindsey Godfrey) talking about the drugs that are in question.
Spoilers suggest that EJ will actually end up firing Sarah from the hospital at some point in the future. Will EJ get rid of Sarah before she gets to the bottom of the drug issue?

Is The Horton Cabin Involved In These Drugs?
The Horton Cabin is empty most of the time, unless one of the Horton’s decides to visit.
Perhaps someone has managed to get into the cabin and store drugs there in some secret spot. Could this be how Holly managed to get ahold of these tainted drugs?
Could Holly be right about Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) being alive and hanging out there? Has someone messed with Holly’s medications and switched them in some manner?
These drugs were laced with arsenic, which makes one wonder if they were put in something at that cabin that would be unnoticed. Does EJ have a theory on how the drugs got onto the island?
Will EJ Dimera Go Down For These Drugs?
EJ may find himself going down for these drugs considering that he knew about them from the start. EJ believed these drugs were destroyed, but it was his place to make sure they were.
Did someone from Dimera Enterprises keep the drugs and continue to dispense them? Will the FBI finally get the evidence they need to take EJ down?
Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) are still investigating EJ.
