Chessboard Mystery Intensifies

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday, August 28, suggest that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will question Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) about Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) chessboard.

While EJ technically shouldn’t have a vested interest in the chessboard that his father gifted to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), he’s likely somehow get entangled in this storyline. Speaking of Marlena, she’ll pass on a special keepsake to Belle Black (Martha Madison).

Exes Bond

Across town, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will comfort Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). While Sarah is in a solid relationship with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), it’s clear that she still has feelings for her ex.

Especially in light of how much Xander tried to help Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) during her time of need, and how he offered to assist Sarah and Brady in bringing EJ down.

With that said, Xander’s world is now imploding as Titan is going down, and it looks like the Kiriakis mansion will be sold. Sarah will want to comfort Xander, but could this lead to more?

Kate Roberts Brady’s SOS

Even JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) is interested in putting the past behind them so they can all become a real family; however, will Gwen reciprocate the effort? She may be afraid of getting hurt!
