B&B Spoilers: Is Eric Forrester Really Dying This Time

How many time is Ridge Forrester going to put his poor dad in the hospital on The Bold and the Beautiful?  New promos for next week’s episodes show Eric Forrester shouting at his son, and then clutching his chest as his frantic family dials 911.  The Patriarch almost died a few years ago, from the SAME thing.

Has John McCook’s time finally run out on Bold & Beautiful?  For the past five years, the soap rumor mill has been hinting the actor’s retirement was right around the corner.

In 2023, Eric Forrester nearly died and Dr. Finn (Tanner Novlan) was able to miraculously save him.  At the time, McCook reassured fans he wasn’t going anywhere.  Is this storyline going to play out differently this time around? 

The fan fave has been acting as Eric Forrester on Bold and Beautiful since the show’s very first episode in 1987. 

McCook will turn 82 years old in a couple of months, no one could blame the guy if he wanted to finally retire and spend the rest of his golden years with his wife and family.

B&B Spoilers: Ridge Will Never Forgive Himself

If this is Eric Forrester’s final hurrah on The Bold and the Beautiful, it’s going to be a heartbreaking storyline for his son Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). 

Ridge might blame himself for all of the stress he put on his dad and forcing him in to retirement.  The poor old guy just wanted to draw dresses!  

Soap spoilers hint that some of the blame for Eric’s medical emergency will also fall on his new bosses Katie and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). 

Katie knows he has health issues, should she have turned him down and not put so much strain on him?
