B&B Spoilers: Brooke’s “Ick” Confession Pushes Hope Closer To Logan

The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers reveal that Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) may have gone a bit too far when she talked sex with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) with her daughter Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle). Hope may be an adult, but revealing sex talk took it above and beyond, especially since Brooke’s idea was dismissed.

Hope Logan Spencer Was Looking For Answers

Brooke called Hope to her house to discuss what happened with her bid for co-CEO of Forrester Creations.

However, Hope got a lot more than she bargained for and it had nothing to do with the job. Was Brooke’s sex talk really necessary to push Hope into walking away from Forrester Creations when it was long overdue?

Brooke had literally just admitted to throwing Hope under the bus in favor of Ridge’s relationship with Steffy.

Hope had just learned that her mother caved and didn’t even push for the co-CEO spot or get her line reinstated.

Afterwards, Brooke goes into her confession about sex with Ridge after he turned her down for the spot. What was the point?

B&B Fans Call Scene “Distasteful And Unnecessary”

Fans are Reddit are calling this scene, which aired on Wednesday, May 20, everything from Distasteful and Unnecessary to Ick.

One fan commented, “Why, oh why, did Brooke feel it necessary to tell her daughter [that she and Ridge made love] after they talked?” Redditor u/kindalikewildflowers posted. “I’m sorry, but that is just gross! What grown woman shares that personal and private information with someone else?”

u/TropicalDragon78 commented, “Ick” — agreed. “Glad someone else thought this was distasteful and unnecessary. I turned the TV off.” To make things even more gross, if that is possible, Hope then runs over to Logan to find Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and then shared this information with him.

Fans Are Equally Grossed Out By Hope Spencer’s Expectations

If Brooke revealing this information wasn’t enough, some fans were shocked that Hope seems to believe that Brooke should make herself seem even more sleazy by only sleeping with Ridge when she gets what she wants.

After all, didn’t Brooke attempt to seduce Ridge into giving her this spot only to do the same when he turned her down?

Let’s just throw Brooke back under the bus by blaming her for leaving Forrester Creations and moving to Logan. After all, Hope blames Brooke for not giving her what she wants.

Now, true or not, it will end up being Brooke’s fault that Hope jumped ship and joined Logan now that she has no way to get her line reinstated. There is no one else for Hope to blame.
