The Internet Killed Kate Gosselin Off On Christmas

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, but heartbreak struck the Gosselin House this Christmas before Santa was able to shimmy down the chimney.

Social media worked themselves in to a frenzy over rumors that reality TV star Kate Gosselin croaked.  But, we can confirm that Jon Gosselin’s ex-wife and baby-mama is still very much alive.  However, a beloved member of the family did pass away during the holidays.

Kate Gosselin was America’s first Karen and one of our very first reality TV stars.  Kate and Jon Gosselin debuted on reality TV in 2007 with their twin daughters and infamous septuplets.  The show ran for seven seasons, and Kate earned herself the nickname “Monster Mom.”

The Internet Was Quick To Declare Kate Dead

Jon and Kate went on to get a divorce and fight over their kids for years.  Kate has faced several abuse and neglect accusations over the years, because of scenes that aired on the family’s reality TV show.

Kate also went on to appear on The Apprentice and her own dating special after the divorce, which was a total flop.

On Christmas Kate Gosselin took to social media and revealed that they had a “death in their family”  The Jon and Kate Plus 8 star shared an emotional tribute to her family’s dog and wrote, “We suffered an unimaginable loss on Friday night. My soul girl, the rest of me, passed away quickly in the car on our way home for Christmas. I am taking a break from TikTok because I am hurting so deeply. But I know you guys loved her too, So, I needed to let you know.”

Kate Gosselin Isn’t Dead Ya’ll

After Kate Gosselin’s post was up, “Kate Gosselin Death” began trending everywhere and appearing on clickbait everywhere.  While the Gosselin’s did “suffer a death” over Christmas break, it was NOT Kate Gosselin who passed away.
