Prince William Acquaintance Reveals What The Royal’s Work Ethic Is Really Like

When it comes to affecting change in the causes that are dear to his heart, Prince William is not afraid to take on a more hands-on approach if it means getting meaningful results.

For example, we’ve seen him this way with Homewards – his project to ensure the total eradication of homelessness in the UK.

Yup, you read that right. He isn’t seeking to decrease it, but to erase it from modern day Britain. You can even get a feel of his level of commitment to preserving the natural environment by keeping up with the beautiful work he does through Earthshot Prize.

Now, we’re getting confirmation from insiders as to the royal’s dedication to any issue close to his heart.

Prince William Wants To Spend More Time Creating Sustainable Changes Than Making Talks

Prince William doesn’t want to be just a ceremonial figurehead, he wants to be in the center of the crowd driving change for Great Britain.

His commitment to ending homelessness is not only commendable, but the steps he’s already taken to ensure he meets this goal is laudable.

Yeah, there are people who talk much and perform little, but according to former U.K. cabinet minister William Hague, you won’t find the Prince of Wales among them. Hague worked with the royal to create the United for Wildlife charity.

During that time, he held many in-person meetings with the Prince, allowing him to really get a feel of what the royal’s ideals are.

“He’s not one for long meetings or going around the same thing again,” Hague told the publication. “I’ve often heard him say, ‘There’s been too much talk about that. We need to see some action.'”

Hague admitted that while William “is friendly to deal with and personable,” someone “really wouldn’t want to go and tell him, ‘We’ve got absolutely nowhere in stopping elephant ivory being sold.’”

In this way, Hague calls him “affable” but “tough.”

In addition to this, William is said to be largely moving away from the Monarchy’s established system of patronages, and to instead focus on projects.
