Prince Harry seems to embody the word “embarrassment” these days and along with it, many folks feel that he constantly tries to upstage his brother, Prince William. Read on to find out what’s happening in his world right now that makes folks cringe a little.
The Embarrassing Prince
Royal commentator Neil Sean took to his YouTube channel, Daily News Headlines, on Friday night. There, he opined that just about everyone sees Prince Harry as an “utter embarrassment.” Then, he brought his guns to bear on his recent appearance on a late-night talk show.
The royal expert argued that the timing seemed deliberately engineered to overshadow the Princess of Wales’ annual carol concert. Furthermore, he suggested that joking about a President of the USA seemed to be a serious step in the wrong direction. Actually, King Charles gets dragged for stepping into political territory these days, and now, his son probably needs to steer clear of that as well.
Diplomatic Damage Control Needed?
Obviously, with Prince Harry being stateside, King Charles will need to think about damage control when it comes to diplomatic relations. As he often does, Neil Sean placed the blame for much of it on Meghan Markle.
As far as he’s concerned, and according to unnamed sources, she always controls Harry’s narrative. “Meghan Markle’s paws were all over that particular script,” he opined, adding that she doesn’t let Harry speak unless she says, “You now can speak.” Actually, if that’s true, then Harry comes over as a passive figure with Meghan getting behind a series of disastrous PR moves.
From the point of view of the royal expert, it all seems to be part of a recurring pattern of embarrassment. Plus, he claimed that Prince William had warned his father about that sort of thing. Well, winding it up, Sean believes that the episode, along with Meghan’s chocolate launch, was calculated to create noise and upstage working royals. Whether it was or not remains questionable. But, there’s no getting away from the embarrassment that the royal family must feel.
