Meghan Markle is no longer Daddy’s girl, and according to her, she “grieves” for the father who she has “lost.”
Well, Thomas Markle has just decided to move on with his life and stop waiting for the forgiveness that may never come.
After surviving two heart attacks and a stroke, the 80-year-old former lighting director revealed that he is looking for a place that will show him “kindness,” and for that, he’s finally decided to move on from his Mexico home of over a decade.

It is believed that Meghan Markle is the primary person fighting to keep Thomas Markle from meeting his grandchildren. Prince Harry reportedly asked the King “don’t you want to see your grandchildren?” when he was asked to pack out of Frogmore Cottage.
Well, Thomas Markle is 250 miles away and he is yet to meet his son-in-law Prince Harry or even his grandchildren. Go figure.
Anyway, he’s looking forward to having a “fresh start” and living out the rest of his days surrounded by kind folks. He told MailOnline: “I am ready for a change. I have felt stuck in a rut for some time and I am ready to meet new people and experience kindness.”
The dissolution of Thomas Markle’s relationship happened in the run-up of Harry and Meghan’s royal wedding, when the older Markle posed for pictures for paparazzi and later denied it.
Meghan would later publicly address it during her bombshell tell-all with Oprah Winfrey, saying that she felt “betrayed” at the time.

Weighing in on the issue, Hugo Vickers opined that Thomas meeting Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3, “would have cost them nothing.”
He told The Sun: “It would have meant a lot to him, and would have cost them nothing. It’s very much up to her really, if she wanted to see him, she could easily see him. He’s left the door open, the King has also left the door open but she’s the one who’s prevented it.”
He also called into question whether the crimes the estranged father has done merited such “disdain” and neglect. To be honest, he did question the wisdom in Meghan marrying Prince Harry and has publicly disparaged the couple more than a few times in the past, so maybe that’s why.
