Janelle Brown from Sister Wives shared a new way she de-stresses. On social media, she looked well and rested, so TLC fans were interested in what she’s been doing. Some of them also told her what they do.
A New De-Stresser
On March 27, the TLC star shared a photo of herself on Instagram, looking well. Then, in the caption, she talked about how she benefits from the new approach. It was a promo, but fans still enjoyed hearing about it. After all, everyone can use a de-stresser from time to time.
In her caption, Janelle said, “This week has been A LOT, and my stress levels have been extra.” Remember, March is not a good month for the mom of Garrison, who passed away just over a year ago. “I’ve discovered 30 minutes in the infrared sauna is like hitting the reset button,” she wrote.
Additionally, she mentioned that she doesn’t understand or care about the “science” however, “it feels like magic – helping me feel balanced again.” Next, she talked about the “extra benefit” of it, saying, “I sleep better…”
Fans React In The Comments
These days, Janelle Brown lives in North Carolina, close to Maddie Brown Brush on the TAEDA flower farm. So, that keeps her busy. Plus, Maddie recently welcomed her fourth child, Emilia Estelle. So, fans could understand why the grandma might feel a bit low on energy.
One of them wrote in the comments section, “So proud of you for who you are and all you’ve accomplished.”
Here are a few more responses:
- Do whatever you need too (sic) hun.
- You seem like such a grounded and intelligent person Janelle.
- I got one in January and LOVE it!
- You truly are glowing. I’m so glad you chose you!
- YES. Amen. Good for you, friend.
- I have my own infrared sauna and I love it because it helps…my back pain.
Other Methods Recommended
Others suggested alternative methods. One follower asked, “Have you tried a float tank, Janelle? They are amazing! I have yet to do the infrared therapy. I guess I am a water girl.”
Janelle Brown did not reply, but when asked what that involved, the reply was quite detailed. Apparently, it’s “also called a sensory deprivation tank. They are dark, quiet tanks filled with several thousand pounds of Epsom salt. You just float! They are great for mental health and chronic pain!”
