The next logical question is, would Clifton go back to his previous soap, ABC’s General Hospital?
There is a bit to unpack with this speculation and storyline. Let’s take a look at recent onscreen events that could be pointing to a daytime switcheroo.
Will Scott Return to General Hospital as Dillon Quartermaine?
We haven’t seen Scott Clifton on the CBS soap very much in recent memory and this is unthinkable for a three-time Daytime Emmy winner.
There is lots of story to mine for Liam and it looks like the writers are setting up a different kind of storyline for Eeyore.
Fans Fear Liam’s Dead
Last week Liam and his father, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), had a ferocious fight in the latter’s living room. There were angry words exchanged and at one point it looked like fists might fly.
The topic of agony was Bill protecting Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamad) and sheltering her in his house. Liam thinks this was just plain cuckoo and Bill took exception to being called out on the dumbest dad move of the year.
General Hospital Next for Scott Clifton?
Little does Bill know that Luna is stalking his son Will Spencer (Crew Morrow)!
Verbal push came to shove and two things happened: Liam quit at Spencer Publications while Bill Fired him.
Afterward, Bill huffed out and told Liam not to be there when he home. Liam’s vision got blurry, and he crumpled down, hitting his head on the furniture. In a later epi he was found after falling down again, this time outside.
Is Scott Clifton Leaving B&B?
Scott Clifton played Dillon Quartermaine on General Hospital and left the show in 2007. Daytime fans would love to see Scott Clifton come back to PC, as the Quartermaine family is front burner these days with Dillon’s mom, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) stirring the pot!
Tell us B&B fans, would you follow Clifton to GH is he is written out of B&B? Or do you want to see him stick around Genoa City?
