General Hospital spoilers remind fans that there are no coincidences in soaps. Sure, Brad returned to town because he ran out of money, and to see Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), but his comeback also creates a perfect recipe for a reunion with Lucas.

If Brad had returned shortly after Britt was discovered to be alive, the timing for romance with Lucas might have been off.

It seems as if all arrows are pointing to the idea that Brad might be a shoulder for Lucas to lean on in the weeks ahead, when he finds out about Marco.

Marco Rios Isn’t Mr. Right

When Marco first entered the canvas, he seemed like a good person. While he acknowledged that his father, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) wasn’t a nice man, he is his father, and it made sense as to why Marco was so close to him.

After all, Sidwell accepted Marco for who he was when he initially came out, unlike his mom, Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue), who disapproved of her son’s life choices.

Still, fans have come to learn that Marco isn’t only close with Sidwell on a personal level, but is also very involved in his business. Not to mention, Marco has a manipulative and deceptive streak.

Lucas is living with his “love” now, so he’s bound to learn the truth about his boyfriend; whether he overhears a conversation Sidwell has, or he hears Marco unleash some mad talk, himself.

With his ex, Brad, and the history they share, will Lucas turn to him in the aftermath of his relationship imploding? Brad still loves Lucas, and mere months ago, he was desperate for a reunion. Could Lucas open his heart to the idea now?
