Sidwell has some serious explaining to do — how did he get his hands on that dagger? He’s spinning a yarn about stumbling across it at Wyndemere, but the fans aren’t buying it — and in time, we imagine Alexis won’t either.
Did he really dig it up from the Cassadine crypt, or is this a prop in a bigger scheme? When he waved Alexis over to Spoon Island to take a peek, her legal eagle instincts kicked in — something is off!
That dagger has some serious history written all over it, maybe tied to some old Port Charles crime, and Sidwell is acting like it’s no biggie. Is he baiting her, or does he know more than he’s letting on?

Sidwell might be setting Alexis up to take a fall! That dagger could be evidence in a crime he’s planning to pin on her. Classic move to get her prints on the thing! Alexis is no dummy; she’s sniffing out trouble, but Sidwell is slick.
If he’s got dirt connecting that blade to something shady — think Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) “disappearance” — he might twist it to make her the scapegoat. Why her?
Maybe it’s payback, or maybe she’s just collateral damage in his war with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Either way, Alexis is teetering on a ledge, and Sidwell is holding the push!

So, what’s Sidwell planning with this dagger — keepsake or kill shot? If it’s a weapon, he could be eyeing a target — Sonny, Ava Jerome (Maura West), or even Alexis herself if she gets too nosy.
Or maybe it’s leverage, a shiny bargaining chip to flex his power in Port Chuck’s underworld.
This guy has enemies galore, and that blade might be his ace in the hole. Will he use it to stab someone in the back — literally or figuratively — or just wave it around to keep folks guessing? Where do you see this headed?
