GH Spoilers: Chase & Dante Drift Toward Their Exes as Michael and Willow’s War Threatens Brook Lynn’s Marriage

General Hospital Spoilers: Are Chase And Dante Both About To Drift Toward Their Exes As Michael And Willow Divide Brook Lynn's Marriage?General Hospital spoilers reveal Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) appear to be on the same page about the stress that is going to pile on top of their family as the case forges ahead against Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

Brook Lynn is worried that Willow’s case will ultimately come between her and hubby Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) looks guiltier than he may be, and Chase is desperate for that to be true so that Willow can be set free — and moreover so he can be the one to help make that happen.

As Chase’s longing to be Willow’s lifeline intensifies, it’s not likely to please his wifey. Likewise, Brook Lynn’s decision to lean on Dante in expectation of disagreement with her hubby may lead to that pair of exes getting pretty cozy with each other, too.

Willow Needs a Hero

Willow and Chase have had a pretty interesting relationship over the years. Whether just friends — or spouses, they both seemed to be the hero in one another’s lives at varying times.

When Chase was sick and thought he was dying, Willow was by his bedside ready to marry him. When he survived with a long recovery ahead, she stood by his side until she fell right into Michael’s bed.

Chase stopping by to offer Willow words of encouragement led to some hand-holding and emotional expression from Willow that had the fans going wild.

Knowing Willow isn’t really a Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) fan after all, will she leave the slammer with her sights set on breaking up Chase’s fairly new marriage?

Chase Could Be Breaking Protocol — or Vows

The looks that graced Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) face were more than enough evidence that it wasn’t just the fans who were up in arms over the exchanges between Willow and Chase.

This boy in blue has really been going out of his way to help out his ex-wife, despite recently agreeing with his current wife that Willow is no longer his responsibility.

Does Brook Lynn have any idea that Chase had gone rogue to investigate Willow’s case on his own in hopes of saving her from the evil Michael — who just happens to be Brook Lynn’s cousin? We suspect not.

A Tale of Two Exes

We don’t see this ending well. Chase wants to mean more to Willow than he should. Maybe it’s the stall in the adoption search with Brook Lynn. Maybe it’s the pain he might still be harboring from feeling like she hid the truth from him for so long.

Moreover, maybe it’s the pain of knowing she has a biological child right in Port Chuck with Dante, and he can’t have that with her no matter what he does. However you slice it, it doesn’t justify the emotional cheating in his eyes.

If Chase pulls away from Brook Lynn too much to help Willow while Brook Lynn is confiding in Dante about how that makes her feel, will it lead to not only a Chase and Willow reunion, but a reunion between Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) parents?
