GH Spoilers: Britt Knows Nathan Is An Imposter—Are Peter And Faison Pulling A Monster Con?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that there are two back from the dead citizens in Port Charles: Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). That they are siblings is no less miraculous—in fact it’s a bit suspicious.

Their mom, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is thrilled to have her kids back. But Britt, not so much. Liesl slapped Britt for faking her death, and now Britt appears to be questioning the true identity of the man calling himself Nathan. Let’s unpack this delicious mystery!

Is Nathan for Real?

Everyone else thinks that it is OG Nathan in the GH hospital bed. Liesl, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) all believe that Nathan is back from the dead.

However, Britt acted like he bit her when she hugged him. She initially didn’t want to even approach him, but Liesl shamed her into action.

This tells us two possible things: Britt knows it isn’t her brother and/or she knows a secret about him.

GH Fans Note How Britt Treated Nathan

Fans voiced their opinions on social media with one writing “Ohh s**t..that’s is not Nathan … Britt … is behind the project that created “Nathan.”

Another fan posted “Seeing Britt’s reaction is all I needed to know this isn’t Nathan at all. Bet money he’s Peter.” Which brings us to another mystery—is Peter August back from the dead and cosplaying Nathan? Oy vey all day.

We hate to see Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and James West (Gary James Fuller) taken in by the imposter, if this isn’t Nathan.

However, based on Britt’s reaction alone, something is off kilter. And there are a myriad of possibilities!

What Happens Next in PC?

Britt is effectively a hostage to the Big Boss who is also involved with Jenz Sidwell (Carlos Rota). It can’t be a coincidence that Maxie was recently seemingly poisoning by Deception face crème, can it?

But what is the point of this sting op? Could it be that Peter aka Heinrich wants to get his hands on Maxie’s kid, who is Cesar Faison’s grandchild and thus his nephew?
