EastEnders spoilers and updates for the week of June 30 tease Elaine Peacock Knight (Harriet Thorpe) collapses, Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) blackmails, and Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace makes demands!
Plus, Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) delivers warnings and Felix Baker (Matthew Morrison) is hurt by Johnny Carter (Charlie Suff)!
Elaine’s Stressful Argument
Elaine experiences a sudden collapse in the upcoming scenes after weeks of stress. New drama unfolds between Elaine and Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) when Linda expresses her desire to sell her share of The Queen Vic.
Elaine attempts to convince Linda to reconsider, but a heated argument breaks out, leading Linda to leave and talk to George Knight (Colin Salmon), who urges her to understand Elaine’s perspective.
Seeing them together, Elaine assumes they are scheming against her, and she feels defeated when a meeting with the bank does not go as she hoped.
Elaine tries convincing Johnny to be her silent partner in the pub, but he declines; after a tough day, Elaine loses her composure and tells all the customers to leave The Vic.
Elaine Collapses
Elaine has another intense argument with Linda, but the pressure from recent happenings overwhelms her, causing her to faint. Johnny and Linda support Elaine, but she dismisses it as a panic attack.
Feeling guilty, Linda proposes to Johnny that she should retain her part of the pub for Elaine’s benefit, but Johnny insists that Linda should sell.
When Johnny and Linda go back to the bar, they discover that Elaine has collapsed again, and she is taken to the hospital. What is happening to Elaine, and will she recover?
Vicki’s Blackmail
Meanwhile, Vicki resorts to blackmail to address her issues – and Bernie Taylor’s (Clair Norris) secret is revealed.
Vicki and Ross Marshall’s (Alex Walkinshaw) happy home life falls apart when Zack Hudson (James Farrar) tells them that Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) is kicking them out for not paying their debt. Vicki attempts to get an advance from Bernie but ends up getting fired.
As her doubts about Bernie’s actions resurface, Vicki retaliates by taking Bernie’s laptop and blackmails her regarding Bernie taking money from the Panesar business accounts.
Vicki demands half of the stolen profits from Bernie, and Felix tries to advise Bernie to be cautious with the Panesars after she confides in him.
Vicki Asks For Help
Vicki seeks the assistance of Zack and Kathy Cotton (Gillian Taylforth) to convince Sharon to allow her, Ross, and Joel (Max Murray) to remain.
When Vicki tells Kathy why she suddenly has money, Kathy is shocked; Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy) and Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) start to doubt Bernie’s ability to manage the family finances.
Suki Panesar-Unwin (Balvinder Sopal) believes she can handle it. However, when Kathy informs Suki about Bernie’s theft, Priya tells Ravi, who then wants to speak with Bernie. Bernie blames Vicki for her wrongdoing, which makes Ravi determined to make Vicki suffer.
Will Bernie Rat The Six Out For Keanu’s Murder?
Suki is adamant that she will handle the situation herself, while Bernie and Vicki face off against one another. As Bernie addresses the Panesars regarding Vicki, Ravi ensnares Vicki in a cunning plot.
Subsequently, Priya and Ravi seek assistance from Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota) to investigate the issues with the accounts.
Will they expose Bernie’s deceit? Meanwhile, as Bernie gets ready to depart from EastEnders, the question looms: will she find herself behind bars, or might she disclose The Six’s involvement in covering up Keanu Taylor’s (Danny Walters) murder?
Kat Demands Answers
Kat is aware that Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) is stepping in for Alfie Moon (Shane Richie), while Tommy Moon’s (Sonny Kendall) actions raise fresh concerns.
Stacey comes home with Hope (Isabelle Smith) and Arthur Fowler (Rocco Brennan), much to the joy of Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) and Mo Harris (Laila Morse).
However, it’s evident that a suspicious Stacey is concealing something, and viewers now know that she and Alfie are attempting to assist a troubled Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan), and keeping it from Kat.
When Kat questions Stacey, she insists that she is simply missing her eldest daughter, Lily Slater (Lillia Turner).
Kat Has Other Worries
Kat worries when Tommy is misled by Joel Marshall (Max Murray) again, who pushes him to steal vapes; angry Kat goes to see Ross and Vicki to talk about the troubling situation.
Later, when Kat shares with Stacey that Alfie is avoiding her calls, Jean accidentally reveals that Stacey received a call from Alfie that morning.
Kat then contacts Spencer Moon (Christopher Parker) for information, but soon discovers that Alfie is not with him in Australia and that both he and Stacey have been deceiving her.
Kat goes to Stacey’s for a confrontation, but will Stacey be honest? And with Zoe set to return later this summer, how will Kat respond to Alfie’s secrecy?
Cindy’s Warning
Additionally, Cindy has a cautionary message for Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa). After their breakup, Lauren and Peter Beale (Thomas Law) manage to set aside their differences thanks to encouragement from Kathy; after spending the night together, Peter finds himself infatuated with Lauren.
However, when Zack assists Lauren with Louie Beale (Chris Clenshaw) and baby Jimmy Beale (uncredited) at the café, she reveals her feelings of guilt about kissing him.
Zack vows to keep it confidential, and Lauren goes to The Albert to support Peter, who is lending a hand at Cindy’s Pride party- Cindy delivers a stern warning to Lauren!
What could Cindy possibly say-will Lauren’s kiss with Zack be exposed, despite their agreement?
Felix’s Hurt
Johnny and Felix have decided to move in together, a development that catches Linda and Callum Highway (Tony Clay) off guard.
However, Felix feels upset watching Johnny enjoy time with Callum, and his mood worsens when Johnny announces he won’t attend the Pride party because he’s going to visit Elaine in the hospital. As Felix prepares to leave Albert Square, it seems that a separation is on the horizon.
Will this couple be able to work it out, or will they break up this soon? They haven’t even packed their belongings or looked for a new place!
