Rachel Has Been Doing Evil Things That She Doesn’t Seem To Have Control Over
Even Rachel herself is shocked at the evil things she has done that she doesn’t seem to have control over, like shooting her uncle EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) and poisoning Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey)!
The “poison” of course, was the pistachio ice cream, which she knew Sarah was allergic to. The lack of self-control is scary to Rachel-and even scarier is her mother went to prison for her, and has now escaped.
All these things have made Rachel vulnerable to a force that she doesn’t understand, and now it’s controlling her!
Rachel is a perfect home for Satan to inhabit-no one would ever believe he’d possess a little girl!
Evil, Evil, Evil-Who’s Going To Cast It Out?
Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) has been worried about Marlena, and sensing the spirit of Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) nearby, and Marlena has had nightmares.
She’s been having nightmares about being Stefano’s Queen of the Night; even Susan can’t sense the devil in Rachel, she’s too worried about Marlena.
Marlena knows there’s something desperately wrong in Rachel, and that she’d been blocking something traumatic out-but now she’s too ill to give Rachel the psychological help she needs.
Most likely, if she were in close contact with Rachel, Marlena would recognize the devil has possessed her-and seek help from a priest!
But Satan is careful to not reveal himself in Rachel-at least not yet-no yellow eyes or wicked giggles will come from this little girl-not yet!
Rachel Demon Seed DiMera Black?
Rachel has the qualities the devil wants to make her his demon seed, daughter of sorts; she even has a stuffed snake that she loves. Everyone knows about the devil as a snake in the Garden of Eden, hissing doubt into the mind of Eve!
Satan will bide his time for a little longer before fully manifesting in Rachel-after all, as long as she fights her evil urges he’s placed, he can’t manifest fully.
However, it won’t be long before everyone in Salem knows why Rachel is being so deliciously evil, and it’s not something inherited from her mother as some might suppose. But who is going to save Rachel-and Salem-from herself, and the evil that is residing within her?
