Christine Brown Cashes In On Weight Loss Injection Trend?

Sister Wives star Christine Brown killed two birds with one stone, so to speak, by addressing weight loss injections and her own health.

The TLC star revealed she’s down 40 pounds and used the opportunity to share her take on the growing popularity of prescription weight loss shots. Of course, she also promoted her pink drink.

Ozempic & Similar Medications

Years ago, Christine Brown told her followers that she used the “Eat Right For Your Blood Type” diet to lose weight. However, she ditched that when she, her daughter Maddie Brown Brush and Janelle Brown started using the pink drink. But on Instagram this week, she also endorsed using weight loss injections.

Christine shared before-and-after photos alongside the question: “On a weight loss shot? Tirzepatide, semaglutide, or something similar?” The medications, better known by brand names like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Zepbound, are often prescribed for type 2 diabetes. However, they’re also widely used for weight management.

In her caption, Christine Brown Woolley noted that she hasn’t taken the shots herself, but she voiced her support for those who do. She wrote, “Weight loss shots are helping so many women make progress and I am all for it!”

Hooking In The Pink Drink

Christine then brought in some of the problems that people face on injections. They include “sluggish digestion, fatigue, [and] stalled progress.” That’s where she introduced her pink drink sales pitch.

Christine credited Plexus for helping her lose 40 pounds and explained she enjoys “supporting people while they are on [injections].” In other words, she touted the idea that the brand’s products may help balance side effects of prescription medications.

The Business Behind the Brand

Importantly, TLC fans should recall that Christine Brown and her family members are Plexus ambassadors. Of course, that means they earn commission from sales. The business angle, naturally, might make some folks question whether her posts are more about promotion than personal advice.

Health experts also caution that Plexus products, which include ingredients like Green Coffee Bean Extract, raised concerns over possible side effects such as anxiety or heart palpitations. Because dosage information isn’t always clear, doctors recommend speaking with a healthcare provider before mixing supplements.

A Personal Journey With A Sales Pitch

Christine’s post hit on one of today’s hottest wellness debates: whether to use injections, supplements, or both. While her results are visible and her enthusiasm seems genuine, her financial connection to Plexus is worth keeping in mind.

For Sister Wives fans undergoing their own weight loss efforts, her message seemed inspirational. However, as a reminder, medical guidance should always come first.
