B&B producer Casey Kasprzyk announced the big news on X, and we should mention that there has already been a milestone epi: an all-female episode managed by writer, producer, and actress Heather Tom who plays Katie Logan on the show.

Kasprzyk also teased more upcoming thrills: “Big Bold and Beautiful News Breaking Next Week!!! Stay Tuned, #BoldandBeautiful Fans!!👀”.
Fans were enticed by the big news and started up the old rumor mill, with one posting: “A #BoldandBeautiful crossover with #YR?”
That would be nice, since B&B and Y&R are sister soaps and their crossovers are always entertaining.
Will B&B Do Crossovers?
Other fans took the time to conjecture about Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) fate. Last week Liam fell down and hit his head after a brutal shouting match with his dad, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).
Ever since the rumor mill has been lit with thoughts about the character’s trajectory—will he leave or stay in LA? One guessed “Scott Clifton exits the show?”
The fight was brutal and we’ll have to wait and see how Liam recovers—if he does. This will only add to Bill’s chagrin at being ostracized for getting Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) out of jail.
Is B&B Renewed?
At the same time, fans were talking about Matthew Atkinson (Thomas Forrester) and wishing he would return to the screen.
Then again, Kasprzyk could be teasing non-character news, and hinting that the show has been renewed. B&B was renewed for 2024-2025 last year, and now there is a new CBS soap, Beyond The Gates, that is fueling fan interest.
We predict that CBS plans to keep B&B on the air since seeing as how it airs between The Young and the Restless and BTG. With three ducks, erm, shows, in a row, the CBS daytime lineup is strong.
