Taylor Hayes Finally Got Her Man
It took many years and a relatively recent relationship revival, but it happened. Taylor got Ridge back and didn’t have to fight for him. That happened because Brooke imploded.

Ridge Forrester Not Ready To Jump Yet
Ridge talks himself into going back to Brooke or leaving her. He didn’t do the same when recently reconciling with Taylor.
Instead, he became involved in her unexpected health crisis and its resolution. Ridge talked himself away from Brooke, quickly moving out of her house so he could renew his life with Taylor. It was a form of guilt.
