Even if Luna didn’t say enough to incriminate herself on tape, she now pulled a gun on Will Spencer Jr. (Crew Morrow) and there will be a warrant out for her arrest in no time.

Whether or not Luna Nozawa actually shoots and kills anyone on Bold and Beautiful, she already has committed multiple felonies and Baker won’t need anything else to get a warrant for her arrest. As soon as she pulled the gun on Will she sealed her prison fate, even if she doesn’t pull the trigger.
