Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers note that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) recently admitted to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) that some of her animosity toward Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) was because of how fond Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) has grown toward the new Newman.
Still, is Summer just jealous about Harrison’s connection with Claire, or is she a bit green because of Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) admiration for her new cousin?

Y&R spoilers suggest that Summer has a good thing going on with Chance. Sparks are flying left, right, and center when they are around each other; however, the only problem with their relationship is that the couple has had little screen time as of late
Mainly because Harrison’s kidnapping took center stage in Summer’s life, and her stepson continues to be her priority; rightfully so. Another reason could be the fact that it seems as if Conner Floyd has been dropped to a recurring role.
This doesn’t necessarily mean less canvas time, as there are a ton of characters who don’t have a contract with the show, but who still have amazing storylines. Still, the truth is that fans have been seeing less and less of Floyd and Chance in the past several weeks.

It’s hard not for fans to think a love triangle could be on the horizon. With Conner Floyd’s status, and the way storylines are moving.
Summer isn’t only jealous that Harrison is smitten with Claire, but she may also be a tad green that Kyle is defending (and going over Summer’s head) Claire.
The fact that he was insistent on Claire being Harrison’s nanny, and before that, not respecting Summer’s request to keep the young lady out of Harrison’s life, annoyed and hurt Summer. Not to mention how much he defended Claire during Harrison’s kidnapping.
So, could a love triangle be on the horizon between these three, as Claire and Kyle get closer?
