If Nate were to turn down Amy’s plea, the story would lose its momentum, making it likely that he will embark on an urgent quest.
While Nate might agree to assist in finding Damien, the lack of leads will pose a significant challenge. Locating Damien will require considerable resources in the weeks or months ahead, so Nate may find himself partnering with an unexpected ally in this investigation.

Additionally, Victor values family ties, which could make him open to supporting Nate in his quest regarding his half-brother; he once had to hunt down an amnesiac Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
It’s possible that Nate will pay a visit to Victor’s office, lay out his complicated situation, and see if “The Moustache” might lend a hand.
Victor could very well admire Nate for his courage in approaching him and respectfully seeking the help he needs-there’s a chance he’ll step up for Nate when it truly matters.

It’s certainly possible that Nate might reach out to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) or Abby Newman-Abbott (Melissa Ordway) initially; either of them could help persuade Victor to listen to Nate’s concerns.
Regardless of the approach, Victor has a whole network of people ready to assist in locating Damien quickly. Nate can’t simply go from door to door hoping for answers; he needs a more strategic plan if he wants to bring Damien back to Amy before time runs out.
This could set the stage for a potential sibling relationship between Nate and Damien, but the priority is to find Damien as the crucial first step in this challenging journey! And Victor’s the one to go to in order to find Damien fast!
