Meghan Markle’s Netflix Lifestyle Series Wraps Filming In Major Development
After months of teasing fans, it seems Meghan’s Netflix show is all set and ready to launch. The fans who have their ears on the ground know that Meghan has been working on a show that will “celebrate the joys of cooking and gardening, entertaining and friendship.”
During the time of the announcement, she was spotted with a film crew a few miles from her Montecito mansion.
A source close to the production told OK! magazine that the filming went smoothly and discussions are already underway to fix a release date.
This will mark Meghan’s return to lifestyle and wellness after she shut down her blog The Tig to marry Prince Harry.
The now defunct blog was a space where she shared her lifestyle and wellness tips, alongside travel guides. The new show will reportedly support her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard, which will sell common household items such as jams and dog treats.
Weighing in on the new project, celebrity PR expert Waylon Tate said, “What I’ve seen so far, although she’s been pretty clandestine about it everything surrounding this new brand, is that it’s Meghan and it’s Meghan alone. You can even see it on Instagram. It’s not Meghan and Harry – it’s by Meghan.”
Tate added, “This is the emancipation of Meghan. It’s her saying, ‘I’m a smart, savvy businesswoman. And here’s an introduction to my family on my terms’.”
As for Harry, he’s filming a series for Netflix that will take fans into the heart of polo as a competitive sport.
