GH spoilers hint that Cameron Webber (William Lipton) could return to town for Spencer’s memorial. The two weren’t only pseudo-cousins and shared Laura Collins (Genie Francis) as a grandmother, but they were very close friends, too.
While Trina does have her parents, family, and bestie Josslyn Jack (Eden McCoy), Cam may feel as if he can take a semester or two off of college to help his friend.
After all, he wasn’t only close with Spencer, but he and Trina developed a beautiful friendship in high school. The two also gave romance a go, at one point.

GH spoilers suggest that Spencer will be presumed dead during the week of January 29-February 2; however, there is a good chance that he’ll return to the canvas at some point in the future.
After all, actor Nicholas Chavez is simply taking a hiatus from the show to film the Netflix series, MONSTER. He and actor Cooper Koch are set to play Erik and Lyle Menendez, the brothers convicted of their parents’ murder in 1996.
This means Spence will return to Port Charles at some point. Could he come back to tell the world he’s alive, only to find that Trina has moved on with his best friend, Cameron?
Could Cameron return to Port Charles, and decide to extend his visit? Could he and Trina bond?
