The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) had an ace up his soapy sleeve. He announced that he and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) were married after she was unconscious.

Jeremy told Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) that they were married three days ago. Viewers appreciated that part of a multiple point reveal because they learned that important piece of information along with the characters who were gathered inside the newly dedicated jazz lounge at the Genoa City Athletic Club.

Teasers indicate that Phyllis and Jeremy are creating a faked death ruse as part of their combined efforts to get Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). The sight of Diane’s engagement ring, which Jack could not find before announcing his engagement to Walters’ character, was particularly delicious.

Where Phyllis and Jeremy take this game is rather intriguing. Faking death can be overcome, as Diane demonstrated. But does Phyllis plan to be away from Genoa City, Wisconsin, for many years?

Phyllis told Jeremy that what they were planning would change everything. Stafford’s character was thinking mostly about her children’s immediate and eventual responses to believing she died and then learning that was a lie at a later point in the plot.

Y&R Spoilers – Summer Newman Abbott And Daniel Romalotti Devastated

Summer Newman Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) road the roller coaster with their mother in recent months. Her obsession with getting Diane consumed her and created multiple problems.

Summer was the first to feel compelled to fire Phyllis. Daniel took pity on his mom before needing to fire her as well.

Phyllis knows that the plan she and Jeremy are working on will destroy whatever consideration her children retained for her. But she feels it is worth it to rid GC of Diane, assuming that happens.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Has Changed?

Jack is convinced Diane is a new person. He was heavily influenced by the renewed bond she and their son built. Beyond that, Jack was also searching for romance and decided Diane represented that missing element in his life.

Phyllis’ plan, when revealed, would seem to help Diane to a massive degree. The intent is to frame her for crimes she did not commit. But in the short-term, Diane is positioned by Mr. and Mrs. Stark for Phyllis’ supposed death on Y&R.
