The Young And The Restless Spoilers – A Wedding Reception To Remember

The day Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) has waited a lifetime for is finally here. She has loved Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) for decades and even made sure to give birth to his child by stealing his sperm, but they never married before until recently.

However, that was a courthouse wedding and Diane wants the real deal so it’s reception time in the Abbott mansion with formal attire and friends and family in attendance.

Of course, that also means fireworks are in store with newcomer Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) even despite not knowing Jack and Diane — or does she? We are also sure that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will cause some trouble as he is still spiraling out of control in life.

Jack and Diane are still trying to help the young man, but they need to focus on their day and hope he doesn’t ruin things for them. Summer Newman Abbott (Alison Lanier) may have to bite the bullet and keep Kyle in line.

In the end, it is a celebration that will bring tears to your eyes if you love Jack and Diane and infuriate you if you love Jack and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)…

Speaking of Phyllis, she is completely infuriated that Jack and Diane end up together after all these years when she was supposed to win this war and Jack was supposed to be hers.

She feels she needs to do something about this, but what? Should she crash the wedding or leave well enough alone?

When Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) doles out some advice, will she tell Phyllis to stay as far away from Jack and Diane as possible for her own sake and for theirs?

She doesn’t want to see trouble for her friends, but she knows how Phyllis can be. Will Phyllis even listen to Lauren considering she never ever listens to anyone?
