Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – What Is A Desperate Gabi Hernandez To Do?

Days of Our Lives spoilers show Gabi Hernandez (Camilla Banus) was thrilled when it finally seemed that Stefan O. DiMera (Brandon Barash) would return to her and she would be his one and only. After all, he now remembers he was in love with her and actually feels that love. The problem? He still feels something for Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) too and this is not how Gabi wanted things to go.

It’s as if Stefan has now been double brainwashed and Gabi is not quite sure how to fix things without using Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton). If only Rolf wasn’t once again behind bars for his dirty deed, and therefore unavailable.

Then, there is the problem of Stefan who seems to like this current situation just a little too much — and especially a little too much for Gabi.

It’s a good thing that Stefan now wants to do nice things for Gabi, despite also having feelings for Chloe. He goes to EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel) and demands that he give Gabi her job back, something EJ does not really want to do considering that he worked so hard to make sure Gabi had no say in the DiMera family or company. It’s why he was all for Rolf’s original brainwashing to begin with.

“Will there be a satisfying payoff of Stefan getting over Chloe and realizing that he only loves Gabi?” Head Writer Ron Carlivati asked in the February 13, 2023, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “That is what we’re hopefully building towards.”

Maybe they will get there before February sweeps is over as that is what Stabi fans have been hoping for since 2019 when Stefan was first killed. Can we even say presumed dead since he was dead and Rolf managed to bring him back to life again? Only in Salem, right?
