Y&R Weekly Spoilers September 5-16: Victor’s Revenge, Tessa’s Trouble, Diane Exposed

The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates for September 5-16 tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be up for revenge, and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will have adjustment trouble. Also, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will react to the exposé written about her by Talia Morgan (Natalie Morales).

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – I’ve Got A Secret

During the week of September 5-9, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) has a surprise he’s trying to keep secret; he’s surprising his bride, Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) with a vow renewal ceremony. She’ll figure out he’s got something up his sleeve, and it’s special, but she won’t be able to get the secret out of him. Since their original wedding was in Tuscany, Italy and not all their friends and family were able to attend, Kyle decided to set this special ceremony up.

Kyle is sure to have his long-lost long presumed dead mother Diane in mind as well as others. Summer will no doubt have some guests she’d like to attend as well, once Kyle does spill the beans.

Y & R Spoilers – Diane Jenkins’ Pep Talk

Speaking of Diane, now that the exposé written by Talia Morgan has hit the fan, she’ll be discouraged about her new start. Everything she has tried so hard to overcome from her past is now on public display and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will give her a much needed pep talk. She will also realize that she has a secret ally somewhere after the story comes out.

It was supposed to be a whole series of articles but Diane gets a text from an anonymous ally. The person notifies her that the rest of the articles are cancelled and she owes them.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman’s Trials

Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will have all kinds of trials and tribulations starting with Victor trying to get revenge on him for taking Jack up on his job offer. Viewers will remember that Jack had offered Adam a job as co-CEO of Jabot, now that Kyle has moved over to Marchetti with Summer. There’ll be a heated argument with Victor over Adam’s acceptance of Jack’s offer, and he’ll be under attack in his personal life as well.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Adam had a talk and he’d asked her to forgive him and she’s considering it. But Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will continue to warn Sally to stay away from Adam.

Y & R Spoilers – Phyllis Summers’ Two Cents

Of course, again Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) puts her two cents in about a recent move Jack made that she doesn’t agree with. This could either be concerning his continued support of Diane, or it could be referring to his hiring of Adam. There have been times in the past that Phyllis worked closely with Adam, when he served her purposes. But when someone doesn’t serve Phyllis’ purposes, she can be two-faced as a double headed nickel. Right now, it serves her purposes to not be an Adam fan.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – More Abbott Family Troubles

More Abbott family members will have some troubles when Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) is upset with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) for his friendship with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Lily will push Billy to get his stuff together and then he’ll track down big brother Jack and take things out on him. Billy won’t like that Jack named Adam his co-CEO either, even though Billy’s not even with Jabot anymore.

Jack’s leadership skills will be called into question plenty for his decision to hire Adam. It doesn’t seem like any of the Abbott family agrees with his decision to hire the black sheep of the Newman family.

Y & R Spoilers – Chelsea Lawson’s Taking Chances

Back with Chelsea, she continues to take chances, including Chance Chancellor, (Conner Floyd) but not like you’d think. Abby Newman Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) is behind this Chance encounter, encouraging him to be a friend when she notices Chelsea’s in distress. Chelsea will continue taking chances of the other type when she continues to arrange situations where she’s with Billy.

That will include a playdate for his and her son Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind) with her and Adam’s son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). Lily won’t like it and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) may still not be on board with Chelsea telling Johnny that he and Connor are half-brothers.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Tessa Porter’s Trouble

Tessa is having some trouble adjusting to being a model at Marchetti while her throat heals more from her vocal cord surgery. She and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) have had some disappointments lately, with being turned down for adoption. Back to Tessa’s adjustment problems, Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) is blaming her for a problem with a photoshoot.

Perhaps Tessa is preoccupied with her recent disappointments, since even though she’s gorgeous in that fluffy red dress, she’s clearly not smiling. She can’t seem to get the look that Lauren wants portrayed in the shoot – but then, Tessa doesn’t seem the frou-frou type and the dress clearly is.

Y & R Spoilers – Changes At Newman Enterprises?

Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will make a shocking announcement right before Victor starts seeking changes at Newman Enterprises. Perhaps she’ll want to step down from the co-CEO position, and it could play a part in Victor’s desired overhaul. Victor’s been pushing Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) hard to fire Sally, although Nick doesn’t seem real enthusiastic about it. Victor might decide to sweeten the deal by offering Nick a promotion if he loses the redhead.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nate Hastings’ Hasty Action

After being strongly pushed by Imani Benedict (temporarily Denise Boutte) Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will take a hasty action that won’t give him his desired results. He’ll set up a music festival without prior approval and then he’ll have to pitch the idea unexpectedly. He’ll clash with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) again over this music festival, forced to pitch the idea to Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) in a video meeting.

Jill will love it, Devon will hate it, and Lily Winters, (Christel Khalil) will table it. A frustrated Nate will storm out of the meeting and tell Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) he’s quitting, but maybe she can calm him down and talk some sense into him.

Y & R Spoilers – More Newman Family Drama

There’ll be yet more Newman family drama, as Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will get an enticing offer while Adam has a change of mind. He might give up his Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) leverage as a way of proving he’s given up on his revenge plot. Farther down the line fall previews hint that Adam’s new job at Jabot will cause issues and more dysfunction with the rest of the Newmans. Adam will also continue to try and get Sally to forgive him so he can’t get too far off the track if he expects to reconcile.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Won’t Be Easy

During the week of September 12-16, Adam might get that forgiveness from Sally, but that doesn’t mean she’ll automatically move on from her pain. It won’t be easy for Adam to prove himself to her and undo the damage he did. She may in fact grow closer to Nick, who’ll also drop his guard with her.

This, of course could set up for a brother battle over Sally if she and Nick do indeed find themselves in a romance. That could be interesting to see since Adam and Nick were both involved with the same woman a couple years ago, namely Chelsea.

Y & R Spoilers – Conflict All Around

During the week of September 12-16 there will be conflict all around, as Imani will again interfere between Nate, Devon and Elena. Imani might feel Nate’s ideas aren’t being valued, while Elena will see through her plot to make Nate feel she cares while no one else does. Back in the Newman camp, Victor will blast Jack for hiring Adam and the old Newman-Abbott battles may ramp up again as a result. It may turn into a full scale war between Victor and Jack.
