GH Spoilers: Will Valentin Enlist Charlotte’s Help In Duping Victor?

General Hospital spoilers reveals Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is stuck in Switzerland while the love of his life — Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is stuck in jail. While the ocean might separate the two of them, both are longing for one another’s support. Valentin is going to feel guilt-ridden for leaving Anna in her time of need, knowing that he suspected all along Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy) was planning something monumental. Still, he knows he couldn’t have turned down the first and only opportunity in months Victor has given him to see his daughter, Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain). But now Valentin is trapped on the other side of the world without a friend in sight — except for one.

The little girl we’ve grown up watching on screen is quite grown up these days. Charlotte might still be Valentin’s mon petit, but she’s not actually all that little now. Despite his valiant efforts to continue to shield Charlotte from the reality of being a Cassadine, she knows that trouble is brewing. Charlotte knows her father would never intentionally go this long without talking to or seeing her. She knows boarding school is the last thing he ever would have wanted for her, and that he has been missing her as much as she’s been missing him. So when she sees he is in distress after getting word about what has happened to Anna, she’s going to hand him her biggest surprise yet.

GH Spoilers – Indicate Valentin Is Desperate

Valentin won’t know what to do when he’s stuck in the middle of nowhere with Charlotte, without the means to get to the allies he’s come to rely on in the past when sticky situations would arise. How has a WSB agent with international connections been rendered so useless? Charlotte is going to do what she knows how to do best. She’s going to lighten the mood and lift her father’s spirits while vowing to help him in getting Anna out of jail. Just how does she presume they do that? By working together and getting Valentin to do something he’s not accustomed to — trusting someone else.

All this time that Charlotte has been away at boarding school, she’s been cut off from the people who love her the most. That stops now. Valentin and Charlotte are going to need to communicate with someone, and they’ll do whatever they have to in order to get the right person on their side in Switzerland. That plan may very well start with reaching out to the one person Charlotte trusts besides her father — her grandmother. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will come back into play in this storyline, and she and Valentin may present a united front in finally taking Victor down.
