GH Spoilers: Does Brendan Byrne Have An Agenda Against The Cassadines?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Brendan Byrne (Josh Coxx), the late Neil Byrne’s (Joe Flanigan) brother may have an agenda against the Cassadines. General Hospital viewers will remember before he showed up at Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) office he was scoping out Nikolas and Spencer Cassadine (Marcus Coloma, Nicholas Chavez) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) at Charlie’s Pub. How do they fit into his plans?

General Hospital Spoilers – Brendan Byrne May Have Been In Charlie’s Pub Watching For Harmony Miller

Brendan was in his hotel room looking through a large briefcase which appeared to have been files his brother left behind. There was a large accordion file with Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) name on it, and he may have been at Charlie’s Pub watching for her, since that file may have revealed her past connection to Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) who now works there.

However, Brendan’s eyes were on Nikolas, Spencer and Esme the whole time they sat at their table and talked, and after they left, he left, and headed over to Alexis’ office at The Invader. Brendan of course would have a connection – though a hostile one – to Alexis, since she was involved with his late brother when he died; but since she also is a Cassadine, could there be a Cassadine connection? Could Brendan be the common enemy that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) spoke of that he wanted to unify the family against?

GH Spoilers – Brendan Byrne Approached Alexis Davis Looking For Money

General Hospital viewers will remember that Brendan initially approached Alexis looking for money – conceivably to pay his late brother’s final expenses, plus he said he himself had had some financial reversals. Alexis didn’t take kindly at all to his implication that she had been responsible for Neil’s death, and was even more upset when Brendan had chased her out of Neil’s funeral and told her she wasn’t welcome.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) had been with her at the time, long before he found out he wasn’t a Cassadine and before he found out he is one after all-if Victor is telling the truth, no DNA test has been taken yet! So, there could be another Cassadine connection with Valentin as well, even though he’s been recovering from that forced trunk trip he took recently thanks to “dear old dad” .. now that really makes one wonder if Victor’s really his father! Cassadine relationships can be strange – very, very strange!

General Hospital Spoilers – There’s A Cassadine Connection To Crichton-Clark

There is a Cassadine connection to Crichton-Clark, where Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) spent over twenty years of her life in a coma, and where Phyllis and Harmony both worked, Harmony under her real name of Lorraine; Victor Cassadine! Longtime viewers of General Hospital will remember that Victor owns many medical facilities, among them he owned Crichton Clark and still owns or has great influence over many of the WSB owned facilities – it’s possible he owns the Boronsky Clinic in Russia too!

The Cassadines have always been involved in scientific and medical experimentation going back to the days of the Ice Princess, and they were involved in the memory transfer experiments as well; could that be the big Cassadine connection that Brendan is really trying to find – Victor? It makes a lot of sense that Brendan would be looking for Cassadines to take them all down, and Victor in particular, so he’s watching all the Cassadines!
