General Hospital Spoilers: Is Rory Really Dead?

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) might not be gone for good, and it all links back to The Hook. All signs point to Rory having exited GH and Port Charles. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is grieving. Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) is shaken and worried it’s now inappropriately too soon to spill his feelings all over her.

Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) is re-evaluating what matters to her and wondering if she should embrace Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber (William Lipton) as her lifelong friend, or move forward and seize the opportunity to explore something new while she’s still here to do it. Rory’s death seems to have a ripple effect across the community, and yet, we suspect he may still be lurking in Port Chuck. Is it possible?

General Hospital Spoilers — Rory Cabrera Sure Looked Dead

When Rory was hooked in apartment #82, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was quick to beat down the door and find his fellow brother in blue struggling to make his way to safety. With no one in sight who could have done this to Rory, the mystery of who is behind The Hook is still looming, as is the mystery behind how Rory ended up in that apartment before the PCPD ever put out a call for it.

General Hospital spoilers show Dante’s prompt arrival on the scene has left him trying to piece together the impossible. How could Rory have known what was about to occur there? When Trina said goodbye to Rory at GH, he certainly looked dead. She confirmed it herself, so convincing her he isn’t gone is going to be a tough sell, but not as hard as convincing her he would have harmed anyone.

We know very little about Rory. His time spent in Port Charles has mostly been as a supporting role to Trina. While bits and pieces of his life slipped out — such as finding out he was adopted — no one really knew Rory. Even Trina seemed like she was still getting to know him three months into their relationship. Was Rory actually spending his time carrying out orders from Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy)?

Trina wasn’t the type of girlfriend to be glued to her guy. He had plenty of time alone to engage in more covert affairs, but that doesn’t mean he’s guilty of doing so. However, Rory has had a mean streak shine through a time or two — in particular when addressing Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez). Might there have been more to Rory lurking beneath the surface of his boyish face?

GH Spoilers tout Rory may have faked his death as part of a major end game to The Hook’s plans. If he was carrying out these acts this whole time, his death may be the final straw in an effort to paint someone else as the killer — Spencer! It would make perfect sense that Victor would be behind this. He’s been buttering up his nephew all this time only to mask his own complicit behavior when the takedown takes hold.

It’s the perfect plan to frame Spencer and make it look like he was the one targeting everyone around Trina after she rejected him. But wait! Rory died in Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) care, right? She couldn’t possibly be in on it? She just might be if Victor learned her paternity secret and she wants to keep it bad enough.
