General Hospital Spoilers: Jax Conflicted – Having Second Thoughts About Nina?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) is conflicted; in an upcoming episode of General Hospital, he won’t be so sure he likes this new side of Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)!

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Was Livid With Jasper Jacks For Lying About Nelle Benson

General Hospital viewers will recall that Nina was livid with Jax for lying about what he knew about Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) having been Nina’s long lost daughter. To be sure, he did not know it the whole time, but just found out recently when Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) confided in him that she remembered Nelle as a child, with the half-heart pendant that Avery Corinthos-Jerome (Ava and Grace Scarola) had found in the woods outside the Corinthos cabin.

Avery found it in the clearing where Carly and Nelle had struggled the night she had kidnapped Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theodore Olson) with the help of her husband, Julian Jerome (William DeVry). But Julian had neglected to remove Mr. Hopsicle, Wiley’s favorite toy, from his backpack and Nelle herself had put a tracker in the toy! That is how Carly, Michael Corinthos, (Chad Duell) and others including Jax had tracked her to the cabin!

GH spoilers show Nelle had knocked Carly out but then found herself hanging to the edge of an unexpected cliff, and Carly had hesitated to try to save her when she heard her screams for help. She had been afraid it was a trap, and Jax didn’t blame her when she told him, and he conspired with her to cover up her hesitation, afraid she would be arrested for Nelle’s presumed death. Thanks in part to little Avery, the truth came out!

GH Spoilers – Nina Reeves Verbally Attacks Jasper Jacks And Carly Corinthos

General Hospital viewers will recall that Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) body, like Nelle’s, has never been found. Sonny has been shown alive, Nelle has not although when a body washed up on the other side of the river in Pennsylvania it was “positively identified” and Nina gave Nelle a decent burial in the same cemetery as Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) and Mike Corbin (Max Gail).

According to General Hospital recaps, Carly pitched a fit and even pushed over the headstone when she hallucinated Nelle coming out of the grave to grab her and pull her in! Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly decided for the safety of the Corinthos family that they should have a memorial service for Sonny even though there is no proof of death.

General Hospital spoilers teaseNina will show up at the memorial service and she will be livid! Previews for the episode show that Nina, dressed in black and crying angry, verbally attacks Jax and Carly, telling them she knows what they did to her daughter!

That could mean that someone witnessed Jax and Carly’s coverup of her hesitation to save Nelle and it got back to Nina, although it could be referring to something else as well. Carly didn’t know that Nelle was Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) kidney donor until she showed up in response to an article Nina herself put in Crimson Magazine after little Jake Spencer (Hudson West) turned up alive!

However, Jax knew because he is the one who paid for the kidney and he may have known Nelle was the donor. If he paid Frank Benson (James Patrick Stuart in the Nelle centric flashback episode) directly he would have known that Nelle was Carly’s adopted half-sister, and he and Carly had been married at the time! He confessed he bought the kidney right before Sonny had him deported to Australia several years ago!

If Nina has dug all this up, no wonder she’s so boiling mad on General Hospital! Jax has never seen her this way before, and even though he understands her anger, he is conflicted as to whether he even likes this new side of Nina!
