When Liz finds out that Finn and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) didn’t go through with their wedding, Liz is bound to have an opinion and Finn may not like it. Finn could be there to support Liz.

Anna may have put Finn’s daughter in a questionable situation with Peter August (Wes Ramsey), but Liz married a former serial killer. However, Anna also confided in Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) instead of him. GH spoilers tease Finn cannot understand why his fiance’ chose to keep secrets from him. Finn doesn’t feel like Anna trusts him and he doesn’t know if they can come back from this. Finn hasn’t tried to contact Anna since she walked out on him to deal with Peter. Finn wonders if they will ever sort this out.

General Hospital’s Liz is probably going to see this as a petty squabble after everything she went through to save Franco. Franco and Liz have fought to be together for some time. Liz finally married Franco while he was in jail to prove her love for him.

Now that Franco was getting treatment, someone has killed him. Franco was an art therapist and is dead. Liz could very well point out that Anna is a spy and could be killed at any time.
