Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates say that even though she spent the most part of last year accusing Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) of sexually assaulting her that one ill-fated night in London that resulted in her pregnancy, it looks like Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) feelings have certainly changed for him. As a matter of fact, there’s speculation that Allie and Tripp might even become Salem’s newest couple, and that’s something a lot of Days of our Lives fans would love to see. Allie is finally letting go of everything that has happened to her these last few years, even though it’s been hard. After realizing that it was Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) who had assaulted her, and not Tripp, Allie is learning to trust him again, and for the most part it seems to be working. She feels very comfortable with Tripp and can share with him her feelings about everything that has happened and everything that she wants to see happen in her life.

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, about 67 percent of readers say they would love to see Tripp and Allie together. What’s more, they believe that the two should have their own storyline in the upcoming months, too. Only 33 percent of respondents said that seeing Tripp and Allie together would not be a good idea.

Now, as far as whether or not that will happen remains to be seen but for now it appears as though Allie just wants to let go of the past and move on with her life already. The only way for that to happen though is if someone like Tripp gives her all of the support she needs. And knowing just what kind of stand-up guy Tripp is, Allie is certainly in luck.
