The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that confrontation is ramping up among the Newmans, and in particular Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) along with her husband, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson)! The question is asked in a new promo: Will their ambition earn Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) respect, or will it start a war?

Young & The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Returns As CEO To Newman Enterprises

The promo starts with Victor telling Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) that it’s time to make a bold move. That bold move will be Victor returning as CEO to Newman Enterprises, but in the process, Victoria will be demoted to COO. This will happen without Victoria having been given a heads-up first! The scene shifts to Billy talking about Victor stepping back into the CEO position to a very unhappy Victoria!

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman Has It Out With Her Father

Viewers should note that the scenes in this promo do not appear to be in chronological order of the events as portrayed in it. First, at Victor’s desk at Newman Enterprises, Victoria retaliates by telling her father that she should leave Newman, and if he refuses they should consider their relationship over! Billy and she had discussed her coming over to Jabot, to work with Billy instead. Victoria is livid that Victor came back to work fulltime and took over the CEO position that she had been performing, and then demoted her to COO without even telling her first.

She found it out at the New Hope event at the Grand Phoenix from the media who were asking her questions about Victor’s return, which she had previously considered a rumor, because she wasn’t brought into the loop! Longtime Y &R viewers will recall that Billy and Victoria had started a company before called “Brash & Sassy”, and though it eventually failed, it still showed them that they could be successful at working together.

Young & The Restless Spoilers – Nikki Newman Tears Into Victor Newman

At the New Hope event at the Grand Phoenix, a livid Nikki tears into Victor, telling him that he needs to pull their family together instead of pushing it apart, after Victoria storms out of the event! Y & R viewers will recall that Nikki had previously told Victor that if the family is torn apart, then his faked death stunt to put the fear of God into Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) had failed, and Adam had won!

Victor seems dismissive as Nikki appears to become distant! Has “The Mustache” gotten his priorities a little out of order since his resurrection from the dead? Shouldn’t it be “family first” instead of his way or the highway?

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman Returns To The Newman Enterprises Offices After Leaving The Grand Phoenix

Victoria returns to the Newman Enterprises office after leaving her father and Nikki at the Grand Phoenix. She feels like she is nothing to her father except a competition for Adam and the only reason he put her in as CEO is to shame him!

Once he felt like he had beaten Adam, he came back as CEO and demoted her! She angrily vents at his large portrait that hangs there on the wall and vows to come after him with everything that she’s got; and as she spears the portrait with a letter opener, she bitterly says, “You’re not getting away with it this time, Dad!”
