The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam and Phyllis Team Up To Break Up Nick and Chelsea

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will go back to his scheming ways.

Even though Adam vowed he was finished with scheming, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) may entice him to retort his bad boy ways.

Adam and Phyllis’ new scheme will involve their exes Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).

The show has been hinting at a possible reunion with Chadam and Phick. With Chelsea moving in to help Adam with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), it’s causing tension with her and Nick. Meanwhile, Nick has been spending time with Phyllis. Although, Nick wants to be just friends, it seems obvious he has feelings for his ex-wife.

With Chelsea living with Adam, sparks are bound to reignite. While Chelsea is away, Nick is going to be spending more time with Phyllis.

Phyllis is loving the attention from Nick and she’d love nothing more than to get back together with him. Yet, her rival Chelsea is standing in the way. Phyllis is plotting to accomplish two thing. The first is reuniting with Nick, and the second is hurting Chelsea in the process.

In order for Phyllis’ plan to work, she’s going to need help. That’s where Adam comes in.

She knows Adam still loves Chelsea, and she’ll try to convince him to go along with the scheme so he can have Chelsea back. Adam would love nothing more than for him, Chelsea, and Connor to be a family again. Yet, Nick continues to be a problem for Adam. If Nick wasn’t in the picture, Adam could have a chance to be with Chelsea.

Even though Adam said he was done with schemes, he may change his mind. He knows it’s going to take a lot to win back Chelsea and he needs help. With Phyllis keeping Nick preoccupied, Adam will have a chance to work his magic with Chelsea.

In the end, Adam and Phyllis will get what they want, but will they feel remorse for their actions.
