Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) will drop a bombshell at Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford) political rally later this week. She announces that she and Jack are getting married.

This will be a big shock to the citizens of Salem, to his ex-wife Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves), his son JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss). It could possibly even be a big shock to Jack himself, as other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease!

Days of Our Lives viewers can tell it is really Eve who is running the show. She’s running Jack’s campaign and Jack himself. Some fans were shocked when it was revealed last week that they had never consummated their union.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Eve Donovan Wants Her Hooks Firmly Planted

Although they appeared to be living as man and wife in Eve’s hotel suite at the Salem Inn. Possibly there is something of the real Jack in his subconscious that is not allowing him to cross that line with Eve, and she wants to cement their “couplehood” with a wedding, and obviously, a wedding night.

Eve wants to get her hooks all the way into Jack. She doesn’t want to chance any of his old memories or feelings for Jennifer come back to the surface.

She wants to make sure he is her clean slate. Then he’ll stay pliable enough for her to mold him into the man she wants him to be. She wants to keep him wanting her, and only her.

As viewers know, that’s not love; that’s control. No wonder she and Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) get along so well, they’re two of a kind, only Eve isn’t insane enough to try to burn up her competition!

Days of Our Lives viewers who are rooting for Jack and Jennifer to reconcile and for him to get his full memory back will hope he comes to his senses soon, and hits the road where Eve is concerned.
