Young and the Restless Fans Worry About Kristoff St John’s Fate on Y&R: Will Neil Leave GC?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that another casting shakeup could be on the way for one CBS soap star. The viewers are worried that Kristoff St. John could be leaving the show since he has not been seen in quite a while. Here’s what we know so far about this (unlikely) rumor.

Kristoff Needed Time Off

One thing we know for sure is that St. John needed some time off. In 2014, his sweet son died. Understandably so, it has been very difficult for Kristoff to deal with, especially considering the circumstances of his boy’s death.

He entered a treatment center earlier in the year to deal with his chronic depression. He hasn’t said much about his mental status, but considering how much St. John shares on social media, he would give his fans the heads up if he wanted some time off.

This is the main reason that his followers believe his lack of screen time is another CBS firing. The viewers cannot help but notice that over the past two years, Neil is seen less and less.

Neil Moves Closer to Lily

The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Neil decided to move closer to Lily’s (Christel Khalil) prison. He wants to be closer to his daughter, so she will not feel alone. The fans believe this is a way to write Kristoff off the show. They worry he will be written off and never seen again, much like Doug Davidson (Paul Williams).
