Over at Jabot, Summer Newman (Hunter King) goes into Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) office with her mom right behind her. Billy wants to speak to Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) alone. Billy wants them to get their own place and Phyllis wants to know what is the rush. Summer listens in.
Then Phyllis finds Summer in the corridor with Hilary Curtis and Shauna Nelson. Hilary has the idea of Shauna shadowing Phyllis or getting some insight from Summer. Summer points out that it seems like Hilary is just trying to get rid of Shauna.
Hilary and Shauna leave. Phyllis then asks Summer if she wants to go with her to Fenmore’s, but Summer turns her down. Phyllis then suggests they go get a drink and Summer says she has lost her credit card which makes Phyllis think she just came by for money.

Phyllis takes a call and Summer goes to see Billy. Phyllis spots him giving her money and gets frustrated. Summer walks out. Later, She flirts with Billy trying to get him to give her a job then points out Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) offered her a marketing position and she will be right down the hall so they can have some fun.
At Sharon McAvoy’s (Sharon Case) place, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) prepares to give Christian to his father. He wants to get some play time in with him first and Sharon wants to join them and he agrees.
In the park, Nick points out that he could have had Brittany Hodges (Lauren Woodland) go after Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) the way he did Sharon. Nick then decides he is going to have to change in order to get his son back.
Nick is tired of losing to Victor and wants to become someone who will no longer lose. They go back to the house. Nick’s anger builds as he gathers Christian things. Nick leaves and Sharon follows.
At the Athletic Club, Nick Newman confronts his father for not being ready for Christian. Victor says he has staff for that. Nick is angry and points out all of Christian’s favorite things.
Victor tells him he is causing a scene as Sharon looks around nervously. Nick then keeps on ranting and asks if he should write all of it down for Victor. Nick declares war and tells him he will never come back from this and he will take everything from him.
Over at Crimson Lights, Hilary comes clean to Shauna Nelson that she was just wanting to have some alone time with Devon Hamilton. Shauna feels she is becoming a problem and says she will find somewhere else to stay.
Hilary stops her and says that’s not it. Hilary apologizes for not being upfront about needing some space. Charlie Ashby (Noah Alexander) appears and Shauna tells him she is looking for something to do tonight.
Devon Hamilton comes home and there is a romantic dinner for two set up. Hilary Curtis comes downstairs. Shauna Nelson and Charlie Ashby serve them dinner as a thank you and then leave to get out of their way. Devon and Hilary chat a little, then slow dance and kiss. Devon invites Hilary up to his room. They head up while kissing.
Back at Sharon McAvoy’s place, Sharon McAvoy thinks Nick Newman scared Victor Newman by standing up to him. The doorbell rings and it is Victor and the nanny. Nick talks to Christian about staying with grandma and grandpa for a little while and he cries. They say a tearful goodbye and the nanny takes Christian out. Victor tells Nick that he is sorry and it’s the only way. Nick tells him to remember those words that he will be hearing them back.
At Crimson Lights, Shauna Nelson talks about some people needing a nudge to make a move. She and Charlie kiss. And that’s a wrap. Don’t forget to check often with Soap Opera Spy for all your soap needs.
