The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Thorne and Rick Join Forces To Take Ridge Down

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers indicate that Thorne is changing his strategy. He knows that going to war with Ridge won’t do him any good, especially when he is trying to unseat him in the family company. Instead of throwing punches that will lead to nowhere, Thorne has a better plan: he’s going to team up with Rick.

Apparently, Rick knows exactly how Thorne feels about Ridge and vice versa. He knows the animosity is there and that he’s also seen how Eric’s youngest son has waged previous wars on the designer. Plus, he can’t forget how Ridge stole Rick’s former wife, Caroline. He hasn’t forgotten or forgiven him for it, either.

Jacob Young, who plays Rick on the hit soap, told CBS Soaps in Depth in a new interview, “They have gone head to head for many years, and Rick has obviously never let go of all those issues he’s had with him.”

Also, Thorne is also looking to win Brooke’s heart, despite this entire mess with his brother. To complicate matters even further, Brooke is struggling with everything that is going on, too. She wants nothing more than for both men to end their war and make peace once and for all. But it might not happen that easily, especially now that Rick and Thorne have teamed up. They want to see Ridge go down, and in dramatic fashion, too. Rick has always needed an ally and it looks like he’s found one in Thorne.
