According to an exclusive General Hospital spoiler report from TV Line, the ABC soap opera has recast the iconic role of Corbin, and Sonny’s father will be debuting on February 5. Somehow TPTB managed to keep a lid on the shock casting until now.

Mike Corbin was last spotted on GH back in 2010 when Sonny’s father exited the canvas and checked himself in to rehab. The role was originally played by Ron Hale.
According to GH spoilers, TV icon Max Gail has joined the cast as the new Mike Corbin. General Hospital viewers may recall that he was Barney Miller‘s Det. Stan “Wojo” Wojciehowicz. He also has appeared on recent episodes of Scorpion and Hawaii Five-0.
